About Us
Embrace Treatment Foster Care, formerly known as National Counseling Group TFC, provides families for children who are experiencing foster care.
A supportive team approach with dedicated parents and caring professionals utilize treatment tools to ensure for the best chance of success to reach permanency goals. Although the most sought out goal in foster care is reunification, permanent foster care, kindship care and adoption are also goals we strive for.

What is the difference between treatment foster care and traditional foster care?
While all children need stability, support and love, those that are placed in a Treatment Foster Care (TFC) home are in need of a higher level of care due to trauma, abuse or neglect. This results in frequent check-ins from our case managers, excelled and individualized training for foster parents and ongoing support from our staff.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
At Embrace TFC, we create an inclusive culture designed to prevent discrimination against all regardless of race, gender identity, religion, ethnicity, age, sexual orientation, disability status, citizenship, or any other characteristics which makes each person unique. It fuels our commitment to CARE and connects us closer to our employees and the communities we serve.
